Role Description :

We are seeking a skilled Bike Technician to join our team. As a Bike Technician, you will be an expert in product knowledge and repairs.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Product Repair : Receiving, registering, and repairing sports products, with a focus on bikes.
  • Spare Parts Management : Ordering spare parts.
  • Repair Logistics : Registering and shipping repairs to stores and our 2nd life department.
  • Communication : Communicating with stores and other stakeholders.

    • Requirements :

  • Passion for Sports : Has a passion for sports.
  • Relevant Experience : Possesses minimum 2 years of relevant repair experience (bike technician school degree is a plus).
  • Strong Communication Skills : Is enthusiastic and motivated to learn and explain repairs.
  • Team Spirit : Has strong team spirit and willingness to help where needed.
  • Organizational Skills : Is organized.
  • Language Proficiency : Is fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Nationality : Has EU nationality and lives within 30 km of Tilburg.

    • Working Hours and Location :

    You'll work Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 to 17 : 00, at our warehouse in Tilburg. No late shifts or weekend work required.
