Continuous Improvement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our continuous improvement journey, improving operations, and driving excellence throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading change, experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN or 5S, and a strong understanding of business acumen and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the implementation of WCI thinking and methodologies across the organization.
• Coaching and training teams on WCI principles and best practices.
• Developing and maintaining WCI goals and objectives.
• Assisting teams and accountable parties with continuous improvement initiatives and FLOW improvement projects.
• Collecting and contributing best practice examples to promote knowledge sharing and collective commitment to continuous improvement.
