Vacature :  Business Analyst

Locatie :  Hybride - vanuit huis, ons kantoor in Hoofddorp en op locatie bij onze klant.

Aantal uur :  32 – 40 uur

Wat ga je doen?

Bij Digital Experience werken we aan uitdagende en schaalbare digitale platformen voor mooie klanten. Binnen ons team krijg je de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen, anderen technisch verder te helpen én impact te maken op hoe we onze projecten aanpakken.

In deze rol analyseer je de wensen en eisen van klanten voor content & commerce platformen en vertaal je deze naar een heldere roadmap en backlog. Je schakelt actief met stakeholders, houdt overzicht tijdens de sprints en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie binnen het projectteam. Ook na oplevering blijf je betrokken om het platform verder te optimaliseren, bijvoorbeeld door data te analyseren en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Met jouw ervaring in Agile werken, ‘tools’ zoals CMS, AI, PIM, DAM of lo-code / no-code platforms  en je interesse in innovatieve technologieën, maak je het verschil in de realisatie en doorontwikkeling van digitale oplossingen.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een kennis gedreven professional die zich proactief wil inzetten voor onze klanten. Je hecht veel waarde aan het leveren van kwaliteit en durft kritisch te kijken naar hoe jij een volgende stap kan zetten in je ontwikkeling.

Verder :

• Heb je m inimaal HBO denk- en werkniveau ;
• Heb je m inimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een rol als  Business Analist ;
• Ben  je  secuur ,  oplossingsgericht ,  betrouwbaar  en  communicatief vaardig ;
• Ben  je  in staat om zelfstandig de vertaalslag van  requirements  naar een heldere  backlog  te maken . Het hosten van workshops voor het bepalen van  requirements  is een pre ;
• Heb je e rvaring met  Agile  werkwijze en bekend met het ondersteunen van een  Product  Owner ;
• Heb je e rvaring met het opstellen van functionele documentatie ter ondersteuning van de  backlog ;
• Heb je e rvaring met  project  tooling   (bijvoorbeeld  Azure   DevOps ,  Miro ,  Jira   /   Confluence ) ;
• Ben je bekend  met  AI  ter ondersteuning van analyse werkzaamheden . Werkervaring met concrete  AI projecten  is een pre ;
• Voel  jij  je comfortabel om te presenteren aan klanten, collega’s en externen ;
• Beheers je  de   Nederlands e   en   Engels e  taal  volledig .
