Associate Marketing Specialist - Benelux

Align technology is looking for an Associate Marketing Specialist for 7 months (this is a maternity cover). This open position is based in the Amsterdam Align Office and you’ll be responsible for the Benelux region. Working in a dynamic team in a fast growing organization, you will be required to provide administrative support to all areas of the Marketing team : covering the Commercial Channel and Clinical & Education department. In this role, you will… Support the Marketing Team on a diverse range of projects, you will be expected to support the Marketing Managers with executing the local channel strategies : Work with the Marketing team to schedule and plan projects, assist in estimating cost and managing projects to completion Support Marketing Managers with executing on local growth initiatives Drive local campaign strategies and support with design and launch of new creatives New asset creation and liaising with agencies re printing and creative Support with the execution of the local event calendar preparations and roll out, manage event timelines with marketing team in line with the approved budget and company strategy Plan and monitor events budget closely together marketing team Speakers and KOL’s management (invoices, meeting preparations, travel and speaker fee management Ongoing support of educational events logistics, together with clinical and marketing managers Liaise with internal teams and partners in relation to clinical / marketing events, following up on registrations, certification kit materials and post-event activities (i.e. reports) Acts as a main point of contact between internal teams and external partners Take ownership in maintaining and updating the local websites In this role, you’ll need … University Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Business or Events, Media and Entertainment Ability to work 5 full days a week +1 year related work experience & experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous Preferably previous experience working with Marketing CRM systems such as Salesforce.com Language skills : English mandatory, Dutch is a plus
