You and your job

As a ML engineer, you will work on the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions that deliver exceptional value to our customers. You'll be at the forefront of creating AI-powered systems that solve complex challenges, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities.

We are looking for a ML engineer with strong engineering and data science capabilities-someone who can dive deep into data, build and optimize generative models, and take solutions from prototype to production. You'll work across the full ML lifecycle, contributing to scalable, reliable, and responsible AI systems with a hands-on approach to infrastructure, automation, and deployment.

Practical examples

  • Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work.
  • Be accountable for building responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions for millions of customers.
  • Executing the building of re-usable blocks, which can be used by 100+ tech teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve critical or complex problems.
  • Work independently and take ownership of product features.
  • Implement robust CI / CD workflows using Azure DevOps to streamline model and API deployment.
  • Make production-ready APIs and deploy them using API gateways like KONG.

    • You and your talent

  • You hold a master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field;
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, DevOps Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  • You have strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and write clean, reusable, and testable code;
  • You are experienced in software engineering best practices, including version control (Git),CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • You have hands-on experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, data lakes, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure);
  • You are proficient with databases, including SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and vector databases;
  • You are familiar with API gateways (e.g., Kong) and have experience building and integrating APIs;
  • You have worked on model deployment, performance tuning, and monitoring using MLOps / DevOps practices;
  • You are passionate about building scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions, with a focus on reusability and standardization.
  • You have experience leading technical projects, mentoring team members, and sharing best practices;
  • You are curious by nature, collaborative, and comfortable working closely with stakeholders and customers;
  • You communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
