Internship AI Chatbot & Content Management

Planning & Management Department, Europe Service Headquarter

What are the main activities?

  • Manage and operate the European integrated Chatbot platform
  • Analyze and improve Chatbot system performance and quality
  • Chatbot Contents management for 14 Europe subsidiaries
  • Analyze customer inquiries and improve Chatbot scenarios
  • Collaborate with Chatbot-related teams to drive function improvement
