We're Hiring : Senior Project Manager-Subsea Cables-Dutch Speaker 🌍

Location : Alkmaar / Velsen-Noord / Hybrid

Full-time | 40 hours / week

Speciality : (Sea) transport and the storage and transshipment of subsea power cables for the customers in the offshore wind sector.

Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for offshore wind and subsea cable logistics? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex international projects from preparation to execution and final evaluation.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams (Project Managers, Works Managers, Engineers)
• Ensure quality, safety, cost control, and planning across all project phases
• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams
• Coach and develop junior project staff
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
