Commercial Product Manager for Benelux for all product categories

1. Drive commercial impact and profitability of both existing and new product offerings within the local regions in cooperation with partners from sales, service and field marketing. Impact to be created through :

• Regular analysis of sales results and trends – initiating discussions with local sales and marketing teams on root causes, corrective actions or growth ideas
• Optimisation of local portfolio.
• Ensure local campaigns are directly linked to running sales performance requirements
• Driving the commercial launch of new offerings through a structured and coordinated launch process with local sales and field marketing towards clearly defined business and strategic goals. Use of post-launch tracking tools to ensure that sales follow plans and forecasts or that corrective actions are taken.

2. Drive knowledge, competence and enthusiasm for Nilfisk offerings throughout the local organization :

Create the link between local market and customer needs and Group Product Management functions as part of the daily business and within the framework of new product development projects.

Fluency in both English and Dutch are essential for the role. French is a plus.
