A leading global player in the food ingredients space is looking for a Sales Manager to join their expanding , based out of Amsterdam. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine commercial flair with a hands-on approach to customer engagement across the Benelux region.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Take ownership of a portfolio of key customers across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg – supporting them with high-quality spice solutions.
- Work closely with food manufacturers, flavour houses, and ingredient distributors to understand their needs and offer tailored, value-adding solutions.
- Drive new business development while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, product development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery.
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to help shape commercial strategy.
- Regular travel across the Benelux region to meet customers and attend key meetings.
What We’re Looking For :
Solid B2B sales experience, ideally within food ingredients, flavours, or spices.Strong understanding of the Benelux region and experience managing accounts across these markets.Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.Confident communicator who can build rapport with technical and commercial teams alike.A proactive, hands-on approach – someone who enjoys taking ownership and getting stuck in.Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a real advantage).Willingness to travel within the region regularly.
