About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our European Product Department. This role involves developing and executing product marketing strategies for BYDs new energy vehicles conducting market analysis refining target audience messaging and leading gotomarket initiatives . You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis : Conduct indepth market research to understand the competitive landscape pricing dynamics and incentive policies within the European passenger car market. Identify trends and opportunities to enhance product positioning.
• Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development : Define and refine target customer segments mapping out their journey pain points and expectations to create compelling messaging.
• Customer Insights & Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys focus groups and data analysis. Translate insights into structured product recommendations for the research team.
• Product Messaging & Positioning : Work closely with the product research team to translate technical features into customeroriented messaging that highlights key benefits and differentiators.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration : Partner with product management marketing PR sales and network development teams to ensure a unified and effective product marketing strategy.
• GoToMarket Strategy : Develop and execute product launch campaigns ensuring effective communication of product value and benefits across multiple channels.
• Industry & Regulatory Trends : Stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and regulatory changes to make datadriven marketing decisions.
