I am hiring for Medior Data Scientist for my banking client in Netherlands. This is initially a year contract with possible extension.

Candidates need to be based in Netherlands.
Language : English mandatory. Dutch language is a big plus.
Start : as soon as possible.
Office days Monday & Thursday

You and your job

As a Medior Data Scientist Graph Analytics, you can have social impact by detecting criminal behavior and simplifying business processes using graph analytics patterns by analyzing transactions of customers.

You will work in a team focused on enriching the enterprise knowledge graph (Neo4j) using entity matching. The team is responsible for entity matching across a range of use cases, developing and refining models to accurately identify and link related entities.

The role spans the full ML lifecycle, with responsibilities including experimentation, model improvement, preparing code for production, and designing effective release strategies, combining hands-on development with strategic planning to ensure robust and scalable integration of machine learning solutions into the bank's data ecosystem.

Explore, build, test, deploy and run high quality and highly scalable Graph solutions;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Graph solutions;

Join-forces with your peers, experts and stakeholders to provide business value to bank's customers.

Required Skills :

You have a Master degree in Data Science of a related field;

You have at least 2 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar field;

You have strong Python programming skills;

You have hands-on experience with Databricks;

You are skilled in Git and CI / CD pipeline development;

You are familiar with the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from experimentation and model evaluation to product ionization and release planning;

You have experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure;

You have solid understanding of data engineering principles;

You have a passion for building and bringing to production clean, well-structured, maintainable and testable solutions;

You communicate well in the English language (both spoken and written);

Knowledge of Graph databases, particularly Neo4j, and understanding of graph-based modeling is a plus;

Experience with entity matching or record linkage techniques is a plus.
