UKG Workforce Management Consultant

Role Description :

We are seeking a UKG Workforce Management Consultant to lead the migration from Infor Workbrain to the latest UKG Pro Workforce Management platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and deploying UKG software solutions tailored to the specific operational needs of our clients, with a strong focus on timekeeping, scheduling, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate the end-to-end migration from Infor Workbrain to UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Design and customize UKG modules including Timekeeping , Scheduling , Dataviews , Reporting , and Analytics to meet client-specific requirements.
• Participate in all phases of UKG deployment : design, development, testing, rollout, and support.
• Create and execute test plans for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide troubleshooting and production support , resolving configuration issues and assisting end users.
• Deliver technical documentation , including workflow diagrams, configuration specifications, and feature overviews.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for client teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Act as the main contact for process improvement initiatives in store operations, enhancing workforce efficiency.
