About the Role :
You will be joining a dynamic and innovative organization that specializes in heavy lifting and transport operations across various industries. Our company is currently undergoing a global transformation, focusing on aligning processes and implementing a unified way of working across regions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a global team and will primarily support users during Central European Time (CET) office hours.
In this role, you will provide user support via email, Topdesk, Microsoft Teams, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. You will also contribute to process improvements, share knowledge within the team, and stay aligned with internal tools, systems, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role and be certified in relevant IT systems and applications. You will be fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written, and have a strong understanding of ITIL or ISM processes.
