Job Description]
Provide full-process customer service support through phone calls, online chat, or email; Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and unexpected issues to ensure high customer satisfaction ;
Accurately document customer issues and feedback to support internal teams in continuously optimizing service processes.
Job Requirements]
MBO+; at least one year of experience in customer service or support(required); Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a strong advantage; Strong sense of responsibility and service, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
Cross-cultural communication skills and familiarity with European customer interaction styles are a plus;
Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems; Detail-oriented, patient, and a strong team player.
