In this diverse role of high impact within our matrix organization we are hiring an energized inclusive and forwardthinking Business Manager Reflective Solutions EMENA to join our EMEA Sales team in our Reflective Solutions business on a hybrid working model based out of our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest The Netherlands with direct reporting line to our Senior Business Director EMEA & APAC .

  • Sales Growth : Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in international markets.
  • Leadership Coaching : Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing highperforming teams.
  • Strategic Analysis : Strategic thinking analytical prowess and a handson entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Communication Negotiation : Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Academic Fluency : An MBA or equivalent fluency in English and at least one other European language.
  • Financial Process : Financial understanding and a processoriented mindset.
