Technical Support Specialist
Salary : Up to €50,000, Hybrid Working

Our client is looking for a strong technical support specialist who has experience working with businesses and can hit the ground running.

Skills
- Proven experience thriving in a customer-facing role, where building rapport and resolving inquiries are top priorities
- A minimum of 2 years working within a SaaS businesses
- Adept at troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Knowledge and affinity with XML, API, REST API
- Experience working with integrated systems and understanding how they interact to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Proven experience with onboarding customers to SaaS-based platforms, including data configuration, integrations, and ERP solutions
- Familiarity with REST APIs, desirable but not essential
- Strong English and Netherlands language
Responsibilities
