As part of our strategic expansion in the Benelux region, Midea is seeking an experienced Product Manager for HVAC . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HVAC portfolio and providing technical support to drive business development across the Benelux region.
Main responsibilities :
- Oversee the HVAC product portfolio, including strategic planning, new product introductions, and documentation
- Conduct market and customer needs analysis
- Maintain and update internal databases and systems
- Plan and conduct training sessions for both employees and customers to enhance product understanding and engagement
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, as well as international subsidiaries and distribution partners
