Role Summary
We are seeking a senior Service Technician to take on a dual role that includes shift-leading responsibilities. In this role, you’ll manage your shift team while performing hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting in a highly automated logistics facility. This is an ideal opportunity for a technician with several years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate shift activities, ensuring efficient handovers and task distribution
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Provide first-line response and determine when to escalate issues to second-line engineers
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of incidents and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures
- Mentor and support junior technicians on shift
Required Qualifications
MBO4-level education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar3+ years of experience in a comparable maintenance or technical roleComfortable working in high-paced, automated environmentsExperience leading or mentoring a team is a strong advantageSkilled in Dutch; English is a plusWhat’s in It for You
