About the role
As a Customer Support Supervisor , you will lead a multilingual team in delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll oversee all aspects of service delivery, coach and develop team members, optimize processes, and manage escalations with confidence and empathy.
Your key responsibilities
- Ensure an extraordinary customer experience in every interaction
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of customer support agents
- Manage daily workflows and oversee both incoming and outgoing communications
- Set and track performance metrics and service levels
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to provide feedback, support and coaching
- Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Support training, documentation and knowledge sharing
- Manage and nurture key client relationships
- Foster a professional, inclusive and engaging team culture
Who you are
You have at least 4 years of experience supervising customer service teams in a contact center environmentYou are fluent in Dutch or French , both spoken and written (speaking both is a big plus)English is your working language within the companyYou are a strong communicator and natural leaderYou’re organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driveYou have excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skillsYou can make independent decisions and delegate effectivelyYou are proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word; experience with Service Cloud is a plusYou’re available for hybrid work , with at least 3 days per week in the officeWhat’s in it for you?
