Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Netherlands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading e-shop, offering a wide range of products across various categories.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.

Requirements :

  • Native / near-native level in Dutch language.
  • B2-level English skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
