The role
You turn complex workflows into clear, simple journeys, so recruiters can go from viewing a CV to interviewing the right candidate in just a few clicks.
Designs that work and look good. You create sharp, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile. You know exactly how to use typography, colour, hierarchy, and accessibility to build simple, effective designs.From first idea to final pixel. You're involved in the entire process : from rough sketches to clickable prototypes and everything in between. You make sure every screen feels logical and adds value. Consistency in every detail. You build and maintain a scalable design system. This helps us move fast, stay clear, and keep our products consistent. Smarter design with data and AI. You utilize user behaviour insights, analytics, and AI tools to generate ideas, improve flows, and make the experience simpler and more personal. You don’t stop at ‘no’. Complex problem? You dig deeper, find the real issue, and deliver a solution that works.Our offer

Kourosh (design lead) : Shapes design vision and product direction.Our developers : Frontend, backend, and AI / ML engineers who turn your ideas into fast, smart, scalable features.Amin (Customer Success) : Brings real feedback from real recruiters, so you design for actual needs.We keep things simple, experiment often, and learn fast.
