The Account Manager (m / f / x) will be responsible for accounts in our DACH region and Northern / Eastern Europe, requiring travel once a month. We are looking for someone who is already experienced in the sensor industry.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with products / services
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client goals and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal and external decision makers on product development
  • Contribute to achieving company sales objectives
  • Identify opportunities for expanding services and solutions within existing customers
  • Generate leads and develop new accounts within targeted markets
  • Educate clients on product features and benefits to enhance the value clients receive from offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion to achieve or exceed annual quota
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Act as the main point of contact and address any concerns or issues raised by clients, working towards resolutions
  • Maintain clear and open lines of communication between sales, marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring timely and smooth processes

Your profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in account management, sales, or related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to speak fluent English - German is a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset and dedication to client satisfaction
  • Problem-solving, business analysis, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
