Functieomschrijving
In this role, you will be responsible for both designing and programming the production process for new products, ensuring optimal functionality within a state-of-the-art production environment.
- Designing parts and assemblies using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Industrializing new products using Edgecam for 3 to 5-axis machining
- Simulating machining processes with Vericut
- Selecting tools and linking cutting data for the manufacturing process
- Conducting risk analyses to identify potential issues and solutions
- Maintaining the product data management system and ensuring data accuracy
- Optimizing cycle times and overall product quality for efficient production
