Your responsibilities will include :
- Actively engage with the different locations and suppliers through regular meetings, visits, field observations.
- Mature the Supplier Quality processes, systems and functional lead the Supplier Quality engineering competence across the sites.
- Drive continuous improvement of the top strategic suppliers.
- Assess and approve new suppliers, ensuring they meet the Quality standards.
- Set and roll-out supplier Quality agreements with suppliers.
- Plan and perform supplier (process) audits, report action plans and follow-up and close countermeasures.
- Identify and execute Quality improvement projects across the sites and functions
- Monitor supplier performance, track key metrics and proactively initiate investigations or improvements towards suppliers.
- Design & provide training / workshops / coaching sessions internally and externally.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (industrial) engineering or industrial management.Thorough understanding of ISO standards (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949) and other relevant Q&ESH legislation is a pre.Certified auditor VDA6.3 and blackbelt certification is a pre.Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels of the organization and suppliers.Experience working as part of a diverse and remote team.Good English language skills both written and spoken. German is a pre.Available to travel (Across the locations & Suppliers) 15-20%.What we offer :
