The internship in the marketing team at Youwe will give you an opportunity to join a fast growing digital agency and make an impact on marketing strategy to further encourage company’s and your own growth. You will be taking part in the marketing activities to promote the company, and work closely with various departments in the company – HR, Recruitment, Operations and Design.

What you will do

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to support targeted marketing strategies and content creation.
  • Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and emails to build community and foster interaction.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, utilizing industry best practices to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Be responsible for our monthly newsletter and internal comms campaigns aimed at boosting internal engagement

What you have

  • You are a quick learner and thrive on your own responsibilities & freedom in your work
  • You are proactive, driven and focused
  • Availability for a 6-month internship, 32-40 hours per week starting September 2025
  • Exceptional writing skills you can’t wait to put into practice through creating content for our website in the form of blog articles
  • Experience with social media – from creating creative posts to scheduling them and monitoring their performance
  • Strong desire to improve internal communication – you will be working on an internal newsletter and devise ideas to improve our internal communication
  • Keen eye for details and visual content – support in creating visual elements for marketing campaigns
  • Fluency in English – your oral and written language is impeccable
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity and hands-on mentality
