As an HR intern you will become a valuable member of the HR team and help us on the journey to make DPDK the best company to work for. You will work closely with our Head of HR and provide support in all different areas of HR, such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and fostering our culture.
Get ready to flex your recruitment muscles by sourcing candidates from multiple channels, planning interviews and selection procedures, executing flawless onboarding and off-boarding processes, and contributing to our culture by organising amazing events.

Your day-to-day duties! Ready to take charge?
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Carefully design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Welcome new hires and assist with their onboarding (e.g. preparing the necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
- Help with the send-off and off-boarding of existing employees
- Forster our culture by hosting and organising company events and shaping an exceptional employee experience.
