Production Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our warehouse team in Rotterdam – Ridderkerk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing groceries, loading and unloading roll containers, checking product quality and expiry dates, as well as maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing groceries in the warehouse
Loading and unloading roll containers for our delivery trucks
Checking product quality and expiry dates
Restocking shelves and keeping the workspace clean and safe

Requirements

At least 18 years old and physically fit (lifting, walking, standing)

Proactive, eager to learn, and a real team player

Basic Dutch or English is enough

Available for 16–40 hours per week (part-time or full-time)

Shifts

Morning shift : 06 : 00 – 15 : 00

Evening shift : 15 : 00 – 00 : 00

Student shift : 18 : 00 – 00 : 00 (at least one evening and one weekend day required)

Choose your preferred shift each day or lock in a fixed schedule.

Benefits

Earn up to €15.65 per hour , including holiday pay and shift allowances (according to CAO)

Travel allowance up to 80 km per working day

Part-time or full-time contract : 16–40 hours per week

Flexible scheduling : choose your shifts week by week, or opt for a fixed schedule with guaranteed hours
