As a Senior Technical Support Engineer , you will be the next driving force behind Hanshow. You are self-motivated and have a “can-do” attitude. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure excellent technical service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

At Hanshow you will :

Within the technical department and reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will provide key customers with expert-level technical and functional support, while ensuring high standards in project delivery and post-sales service.

As part of your function, your responsibilities include :

  • Serve as a senior technical liaison for key customers — understand their needs, analyze feasibility, deliver customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, acting as the escalation point for junior engineers and providing expert troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects, ensuring alignment with milestones, KPIs, and customer expectations.
  • Provide proactive after-sales technical support and coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Operations) to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by actively participating in operational meetings, collecting feedback, and sharing performance reports.
  • Deliver technical training for both clients and internal teams, improving product understanding, adoption, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Maintain and improve all relevant documentation including service manuals, technical guides, and customer support records.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the refinement of the service delivery framework.

Who are we looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or project engineering roles, preferably in a customer-facing and cross-departmental environment.
  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is required; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven troubleshooting ability with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects or requests simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Add-value technical skills (preferred but not mandatory) :
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Linux OS operations
  • SQL databases (e.g., MySQL)
  • Java or similar programming languages
  • Background in SaaS and cloud-based solutions
