In this role, you will manage two of the largest accounts in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, driving innovation, expanding use cases, and accelerating adoption. As an experienced seller, you know how to articulate value, grow relationships, and move deals forward. With Databricks’ rapid growth, you will have exceptional opportunities for career advancement.
You will report to the Sales Director for Healthcare and Life Science.
This role will require you to travel to the USA occasionally.
The impact you will have :
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on driving quarter-on-quarter consumption growth and exceeding revenue targets, with a special emphasis on two of the largest pharmaceutical / life sciences accounts
- Track all customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
- Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
- Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients
- Build and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point
- You will help leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies harness data and AI to accelerate R&D innovation, enhance supply chain resilience, and ultimately improve patient outcomes by enabling faster delivery of life-changing therapies
