Information Security Officer
Our client, a governmental organisation in logistics, is seeking an Information Security Officer to test and manage IT information security risks and help safeguard our client against cyber threats.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely reduction of cyber risks that could impact train traffic safety and implement appropriate measures.
- Report on the status of cyber risks and mitigation efforts.
- Participate in awareness programs to enhance information security awareness and behavior.
- Advise on translating policy into clear cybersecurity guidelines and requirements.
- Provide technical support to the ICT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) department in areas such as security monitoring, identity and access management (IAM), and public key infrastructure (PKI).
- Act as the point of contact for cybersecurity within your department and contribute to the improvement of the Cybersecurity department.
Qualifications :
Minimum HBO working and thinking level with extensive experience as an Information Security Officer.Knowledge of risk management and standards frameworks such as ISO27001 / BIO.Experience in checking, recording, and reporting on risks and following up on them.Strong customer focus with the ability to understand the organization and collaborate effectively.Excellent advisory and communication skills, providing clear and useful advice.Strong analytical skills and initiative, with a commitment to ongoing self-development.Possession of certificates such as SSCP, ISO27001 implementer, and CISSP, or willingness to obtain them.Fluency in Dutch (required)Benefits :
