Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
You will work closely with our colleagues to ensure that every customer receives a 'perfect fit' answer. Your daily goal is to turn our customers into our client's fans by thinking along with them and offering suitable solutions.
- You are fluent in both German and Dutch.
- You have a passion for service and personal contact.
- You have a feeling for (men's) fashion and styling.
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Care.
- You are proactive, enthusiastic, always positive and providing service flows through your veins.
- You are empathetic and can empathize with the customer.
- You think in solutions and don't panic when it's busy.
- You feel at ease in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment.
- You enjoy the challenge of taking customer service to an even higher level together with your colleagues.
- You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
