Role description
We are on a mission to expand our global sales team, and we are seeking senior seasoned professionals to assume role as Sales Manager Earn Products
Join us if you are able to -
- Drive sales growth of EMCD's CoinHold and other yield products across the Netherlands or the whole Benelux region
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase Total Value Locked (TVL) in the regions
- Qualify and finalize transactions with prospects coming through inbound sales channels in the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients including high net worth individuals, small-medium mining operations, and tech-forward individual investors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and events
- Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and educational content
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitive analysis from the Benelux crypto landscape
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for potential clients
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and regional TVL growth
Requirements
2+ years of experience in financial services, crypto , or fintech sales within the Benelux regionProven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2C or B2B environmentsStrong understanding of cryptocurrency yield products, DeFi, and investment vehiclesEstablished network within the local crypto community and financial services sectorExperience explaining complex financial products to different customer segmentsFamiliarity with local regulatory frameworks for crypto assetsExcellent presentation and relationship-building skillsFluency in EnglishWillingness to travel throughout the region (20-30% travel expected)Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a developing marketStrong communicator able to explain technical concepts in accessible termsRelationship-focused with ability to build trust quickly with potential clientsAdaptable problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguityResults-driven with clear focus on achieving and exceeding TVL targetsIntellectually curious with deep interest in crypto markets and yield strategiesCollaborative team player who works effectively with remote global teamsOrganized and disciplined with excellent time management skillsIf you're ready to play hard in the innovative business in a high-growth market, apply today!
