Job Opportunity : Area Sales Manager – Netherlands (Home-Based)
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team, representing Wittur GmbH (Germany) in the Netherlands . This is a home-based role with frequent travel across the country to engage with customers and prospects.
As we do not have a local entity in the Netherlands, this position offers a high degree of independence and autonomy . However, you will be fully supported by our experienced and efficient Sales Operations team in Germany , ensuring you have the tools and backup needed to succeed.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in the Netherlands, promoting Wittur’s products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects
- Conduct technical and commercial analysis of customer needs
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline and track sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as the voice of the customer within Wittur, sharing insights and feedback
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)Proven experience in the elevator industry – this is a mustBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical fieldMinimum 3 years of B2B sales experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsWillingness to travel frequently across the NetherlandsWhy Join Wittur?
