The Role : Junior Account Manager Binnendienst

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Account Manager Binnendienst to join our team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and expand our client base while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Close deals weekly by matching scarce technical specialists with top employers in the Netherlands.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS : Help candidates secure their next role at top employers and expand existing relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues and celebrate successes together.

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of sales success, and a passion for building strong relationships.
