Onze Duty Trainee is iemand die het allemaal kan en niet bang is om zijn / haar handen vuil te maken of een uitdaging uit de weg te gaan. Je moet bekend zijn met het bedrijf, de apparatuur en de noodprocedures. Als Duty Trainee heb je een goede kennis van alle operationele afdelingen en help je ze graag in tijden van nood! Klachten zijn voor jou een uitdaging omdat je een uitstekende probleemoplosser bent met gevoel voor humor en van elke klacht of kwestie een briljante en pittige ervaring kunt maken!

Bij Cycas hebben we een team van toegewijde crewleden die hun ware zelf mogen zijn zodat ze een positieve OUTRAGEOUS service kunnen leveren! Bij ons staan mensen centraal bij alles wat we doen en we zijn op zoek naar een vriendelijke, pittige, extraverte nieuwe Duty Trainee voor onze twee merken!

Wij zijn het eerste hotel in Nederland met twee merken; 2 hotels in 1 gebouw! Residence Inn by Marriott is een extended stay merk waarbij onze gasten voor langere tijd verblijven. Het is aan ons om ervoor te zorgen dat zij zich thuis voelen bij onze familie van medewerkers! Alle kamers zijn suites met meer woon- en werkruimte dan je in eender welke andere hotelkamer zou vinden, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken in elke suite!

Wat je gaat doen tijdens deze stage :

• Je assisteert de operations manager op alle afdelingen (frontoffice, F&B, housekeeping etc.)
• Je bent in staat om jezelf als manager te presenteren aan de gasten van het hotel.
• Je leert om te gaan met verzoeken of klachten van gasten.
• Van een duty manager stagiair wordt verwacht dat hij / zij de juiste beslissingen neemt op het moment dat er zich een probleem voordoet.
• Je doet kennis op over het hotel en wat te doen in noodsituaties.
• Je doet kwaliteitsrondes en Brand audit controles.
• Je controleert kamers om het externe schoonmaakbedrijf te controleren.
• Orders maken
• Andere projecten
• Je werkt vroege en late diensten, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen
