As a Dutch Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and online chat.
You will be the first point of contact for all Dutch-speaking clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
To succeed in this role, you must have a native or near-native level of Dutch fluency, as well as a minimum B1 level in English. You should also be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively, with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
