What will you be doing?

As Sales Manager of Marina World, you will be the commercial face of the publication. You will :

  • Manage and grow an international client portfolio
  • Sell media products such as advertising, data subscriptions, event partnerships, and custom content campaigns.
  • Build long-term relationships by thinking strategically with our clients and offering solutions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with our editorial, marketing, and product teams to sharpen our offerings and take them to market effectively.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Fluency in English, both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
  • A self-starter who is structured and proactive.
  • Experience in the superyacht industry is a bonus, but definitely not a must – affinity with the sector and a strong willingness to learn are just as valuable.
  • You’re comfortable working with tools like Notion , Google Workspace , and CRM systems like Copper .
  • Permission to live and work in the Netherlands
