How You Will Contribute

As a Business Development Manager at TIP, business development meets relationship management. You’ll guide property owners through lease investment deals from first outreach to close. You’ll bring commercial instinct, negotiation skills, and a relationship-first approach to help people make informed financial decisions.

Your day might begin with a conversation with a landowner curious about the value of their telecom lease. Later, you could be structuring an offer, reviewing lease terms with legal experts, or finalising an agreement with a commercial landlord. You’ll take full ownership of your region, identifying new opportunities, proactively following up leads, and turning cold outreach into productive conversations.

This isn’t a role where leads are handed to you. You’ll be expected to build, manage, and close your own pipeline. It’s entrepreneurial, with plenty of autonomy to manage your own diary and drive your own success. You’ll need the curiosity to ask the right questions, the authenticity to build trust, and the tenacity to keep deals moving, even when progress feels slow. Previous experience isn’t essential. What matters is your commercial sharpness, resilience, and motivation to thrive in a scaling business.

You might especially enjoy this role if you :

  • Have experience in KPI-driven, client-facing roles such as real estate, business development, or relationship-based sales.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Have some familiarity with legal, financial, or investment processes (a plus, but not essential).
  • As a global company with deep local roots, fluency in Dutch is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus, as it’s the language we use to collaborate across our international teams.
