Your Role : variety, impact, and client connection

As an senior assistant accountant, you’ll visit different clients almost every week — from family businesses to international companies. You’ll manage their financial administration, annual accounts, and interim reports as part of a close-knit team. You’ll know their numbers inside out, spot trends, and turn insights into valuable advice. That makes you a trusted sparring partner who helps clients grow. No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what drives you.

The team you’ll join

You’ll be part of our ACR (accounting, compliance & reporting) team, a vibrant group of around 25 professionals — from financial administrators to certified AA accountants. It’s a diverse and energetic environment where we handle a wide range of financial processes together. We learn from each other, support each other, and make space for humor and great team events.

The team primarily communicates in Dutch, so a willingness to learn the language is important. But don’t worry — we’ll make sure your onboarding is smooth and fully supported in English. You’ll have the time and guidance to grow into the language while feeling right at home from day one.

Who are you?

• You’re (almost) a qualified CA(SA).
• Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in an ACR or audit practice at a reputable accounting firm.
• A strong client portfolio focused on small and mid-sized enterprises.
• A willingness to learn Dutch and integrate into Dutch culture and work life.
• Knowledge of Afrikaans required.
