The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst , you'll help bridge the gap between business strategy and data solutions. Working alongside Finance, Risk, and IT stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for gathering business needs, designing data models (including DataVault and dimensional), and helping implement robust reporting infrastructures. Your insights will be essential in driving high-quality, compliant, and transparent reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the link between business objectives and technical solutions in financial reporting initiatives
Capture, analyze, and structure business and data requirements
Design and translate requirements into scalable data models (DataVault, dimensional)
Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on reporting needs
Work closely with data engineers and BI developers on implementation
Support testing and roll-out of data warehouse and reporting platforms
Improve data quality and promote consistency across systems
Contribute to broader data transformation efforts within Finance & Risk

What You Bring

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Data / Business Architect

Background in the financial sector (banking or regulatory environments is a plus)

Experience working within Finance & Risk domains

Strong command of data warehousing, BI platforms, and reporting frameworks

Practical knowledge of DataVault and dimensional modelling approaches

Hands-on with SQL, and ideally also familiar with SAP HANA and / or Informatica PowerCenter

Agile mindset and experience with large-scale enterprise programs
