Sales Executive
Weesp, Netherlands | Hybrid (Up to 2 days / week in office)
Base Salary : €2,500 – €3,500 / month + 13th & 14th Month + Commission
We are working with a bespoke Dutch consultancy known for delivering tailored
software and digital transformation solutions to clients across the public and private sectors.
Headquartered in Weesp, we blend innovation with practicality to deliver sustainable and
scalable results for their clients.
We’re growing and looking for a driven, personable Sales Executive to join their commercial
team and help them connect with organisations seeking intelligent, bespoke tech solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify opportunities and create multichannel campaigns through cold calling, cold email follow-ups, LinkedIn outreach, and other routes
- Qualify leads and manage them through the pipeline to close
- Develop long-term client relationships and act as a trusted partner
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to manage pipeline
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and new service offerings
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on pipeline progress
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in consulting, IT services, or SaaSNative or fluent Dutch speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and EnglishProven ability to build rapport and close deals with mid-sized or enterprise clientsA consultative approach to sales, you understand client pain points and offer meaningful solutionsSelf-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented attitudeComfortable in a hybrid setup and willing to be in our Weesp office up to 2 days a week
