We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team at our Shared Service Center. Your tasks will mainly consist of :
Data File Management
- Manage PSI files, Sea Stock files, and allocation processes utilizing RPA tools.
PSI Analysis & Inventory Management
Monitor Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) trends based on the Moving Plan, market sales trends, and historical data by controlling the weekly shipment plan.Conduct top-down PSI analysis at product, subsidiary, and model levels.Validate subsidiary Purchase Orders (POs) and oversee weekly shipment plans through simulation to promote effective inventory pooling.Analyze long-term inventory at the hub across subsidiaries, products, and model levels.Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance from factories against Purchasing Orders and Required Ship Dates (RSD).Manage inbound scheduling for timely stock arrivals.Oversee End-of-Life (EOL) and New Product Introduction (NPI) model management.Manage product samples and provide support for rework processes.Coordinate outsourcing activities as required.Communication & Collaboration
Support sales by addressing urgent orders, shortages, and projects for subsidiaries through stock reallocation.Facilitate information transparency and visibility across relevant stakeholders.Provide support for subsidiary-specific issues, including system troubleshooting and logic clarifications.Lead the weekly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure cross-functional alignment on demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory targets with subsidiaries.Train and onboard new Demand Planners (DP).Continuous Improvement
Drive ongoing improvements in planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.Knowledge of tableau, Power BI and similar tools are a plus.Experience of working in a fast & dynamic team or organization.Minimum of 2 years' working experience in the supply planning and or analytical field.organized and proactive working approach.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Fluent in EnglishA completed HBO / University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or similar.A strong planner and organizer.Result orientated and stress-resistant.Self-confident and independent.What we offer?
