Job Description :

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of goods and services based on shipping agreements. The role involves coordinating transportation arrangements, communicating with sales teams and carriers, and ensuring day-to-day shipment handling is carried out efficiently.

Main Responsibilities :

• Transport arrangements : Carrier pickups at the PDC, return shipments, customer corrections.
• Communicate with Sales and Asset teams on shipment status, and with Carriers.
• Day to day shipment handling : Document creation, follow-up with shipping docks, interaction with Customs team, and follow-up / check-up on daily process.
• Drivers reception : Receipt of drivers, dock assigning.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a passion for logistics. You have been happily working in this field for 2 to 5 years and are looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, fluency in English (Dutch and German are a plus), flexibility in working with various shifts, and be a service-oriented problem solver.
