Senior Backend Engineer Java / Kotlin (Microservices, Cloud, DevOps)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Engineer with 8 10 years of handson experience in building scalable backend services and APIs using Spring Boot Java / Kotlin and modern cloudnative architectures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical leadership position enjoys coding and mentoring and is passionate about designing robust systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities :

Design develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Java / Kotlin .

Build and deploy microservices in Kubernetes (AKS) environments leveraging Azure IaaS .

Implement CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions .

Collaborate with architects product owners and crossfunctional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment and operations

Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and performance

Champion Agile / Scrum best practices contributing to highvelocity iterative delivery cycles

Drive solution design and technical direction across the team and platform

Support and maintain infrastructure and applications in production

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

Technical Skills : Required :

Strong proficiency in Java and / or Kotlin

Proven experience with Spring Boot microservices architecture

Handson with Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure IaaS

Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

Experience with GitHub Actions for CI / CD

Solid understanding of DevOps containerization and cloudnative development

Strong communication and collaboration skills
