They are looking for an enthusiastic Software Manager to lead our software development team in delivering solutions for our renewable energy products.

As a Software Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to create a more sustainable future through renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for our renewable energy products, with a strong focus on JavaScript or Java technologies.
• Manage software development projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineering, data science, and product management, to align software development efforts with company goals.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any technical concerns.
• Effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives.
