Position Overview : As a Consultant Prototype Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the design, assembly, testing, maintenance, and repair of complete systems, including cables, boards, transformers, and other components. Your hands-on expertise will be instrumental in transforming client specifications into functional prototypes, ensuring seamless operation of all components. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a strong background in electronics and mechatronics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Development : Create and develop system components based on detailed client specifications, ensuring that all designs meet high standards of quality and functionality.
- Assembly and Construction : Assemble and build complete systems with precision, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of system components to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaboration : Work closely with clients and engineers to implement designs effectively, providing technical expertise and support throughout the development process.
- Technical Tasks : Perform wiring, soldering, and cabling tasks with proficiency, ensuring all connections are secure and functional.
- Maintenance and Repair : Maintain and repair existing systems, diagnosing issues accurately and implementing effective solutions to ensure continued operation.
- Documentation : Accurately document design, assembly, and repair processes, maintaining detailed records for future reference and quality assurance.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : At least an MBO+ or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.Hands-On Experience : Proven experience in designing, assembling, and repairing systems, including cables, boards, transformers, and other electronic components.Technical Skills : Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and working with electronic and electrical components, with a strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
