Are you a flexible goal-getter, service-oriented and do you like to organize? Are you also someone who dares to take responsibility and likes challenges? We are looking for you! As a Facility Coordinator you have an important role in providing good and efficient services at our site in Oosterhout.

What you do on a typical day as Facility Coordinator

  • You identify potential risks and violations in and around our buildings and discuss these with the Facility Supervisor to solve that
  • Coordination of cleaning and security staff. You act as the primary point of contact and handle escalations, manage order requests, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of any issues
  • You maintain communication with various suppliers to request quotes, place orders and arrange work schedules

What you need to succeed at GXO

  • Relevant working experience in a similar role (facility services, safety, technical services, admin) or finished study in this area
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Great communication skills, flexibility, proactive attitude, independence
  • Speaking and writing in fluent English, knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
