Service Desk & Onsite L1 / L2 Support (2 Positions)

Location : Nieuwegein / Papendrecht / Zwolle (must be based in 1 a choice of one of these locations )

Experience : 4+ Years

Salary : €46,000 – €55,000 per annum (Based on experience and skill level)

Work Type : Full-Time, Onsite (5 days per week)

Languages : Dutch (C1 level, mandatory) and English

Other Requirement : Valid driving license and own vehicle

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Service Desk & Onsite L1 / L2 Support Analysts to join our IT support team. This role involves both remote and onsite support responsibilities, providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware / software issues, and ensuring business continuity across locations.

This is a customer-facing role requiring regular travel within the Netherlands, best suited for professionals who are hands-on, service-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support (phone, email, chat, ticketing system)
  • Provide L1 and L2 support for a range of IT issues including hardware, software, and connectivity
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory
  • Support remote access (VPN), Microsoft 365, email, and other enterprise tools
  • Assist with desk setups, hardware deployment, and meeting room technology
  • Maintain and track IT assets and update documentation as needed
  • Escalate issues appropriately while ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and user satisfaction
  • Adhere to ITIL-based service management processes and internal KPIs
  • Travel to client offices as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in L1 / L2 IT support (Service Desk and / or Onsite)
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise systems
  • Understanding of basic networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or HPSM
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Valid driving license and own transport (travel is required)
