Job Title : Strategic Account Manager
Location : Amsterdam (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary : €70,000 – €90,000 base + €60,000 – commission + equity + benefits
About the Role
We are hiring a high-performing Strategic Account Manager to join a fast-scaling SaaS company in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within some of the company’s most valuable enterprise clients. You'll focus on driving significant revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and strategic account planning.
This is a key commercial role, ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and has a strong track record of growing large or global accounts in the B2B SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts and lead revenue expansion initiatives.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to exceed growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Develop and drive strategic account plans to ensure long-term client success and retention.
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and regular reporting on account performance.
What We're Looking For
4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, with a focus on enterprise or strategic accounts.Proven success managing and growing large, complex customer relationships.Experience with global accounts is a strong advantage.Commercially driven with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).Why Join?
