For our client, a worldwide famous FMCG Company, we are looking for a junior Business Development Manager , to join the team in Rotterdam.

We offer :

Contract of 6 Months, extension possible
Salary between 3800 euro and 4500 euro, dpending on experience
Hybrid working

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Customer management :

Managing our Beauty & Personal Care portfolio at Etos and Kruidvat together with the Key Account Manager

Preparing and joining customer visits, together with the Key Account Manager.

Gathering and providing information to / from various internal departments, while strongly collaborate with them to serve the customer in the best possible way (e.g Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, Forecast Excellence, Finance, Category Management).

Product launches and promotional activities :

Preparing customer communications.

Ensuring coordination with various internal departments ánd the customer.

Contributing to realizing the optimal assortment and distribution.

Making proposals regarding promotion strategy and activations.

Evaluating the performance of promotional activities with the customer.

SKILLS :

You are at least in possession of a bachelor’s degree.

Candidates with (sales) experience at Retail / OOH level (preferably in an FMCG environment) are preferred.

You have excellent social and communication skills.

You are a team player who can also work independently.

You are analytically strong.

You have strong negotiation skills.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

You are enthusiastic and eager to develop yourself.

You are energetic and undertake a lot to achieve challenging goals.

You are fluent in Dutch and highly proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
